Turn listing photos into a clear property slideshow
Use the Property tour preset to turn one listing’s photos into a short MP4 with full room views, a checked address card and an optional contact card. Choose the viewing route yourself and let automatic timing set a first pace. Free allows up to 20 photos and 60 seconds with a watermark; paid projects allow up to 50 photos and 180 seconds without a platform watermark. Each destination still needs its own format and content checks.

Add your own opening and closing text cards, then automatically divide the remaining time between your photos. Cards count toward the video length, without using a photo slot. Change the frame, pacing or music before exporting.
Use this storyWalk viewers through the property
Start outside, bring the viewer through the entrance, then show the main living space, kitchen and dining area before moving to bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor space. Adapt that route to the actual layout: for a house with several floors, finish one floor before jumping to another. Use photos that establish where a room belongs; a sequence of unrelated close-ups cannot explain the home’s layout.
Gather the original photos for this property in one folder. Keep differently dated shoots and other listings separate. Choose an establishing view for each important space, then add a detail only when it shows something the wider view misses. If there is no photo linking two spaces, use accurate room labels rather than implying a continuous filmed walkthrough.
- Open the photo workbench and choose Add photos. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP files, each 20 MB or smaller, with no more than 100 MB of photos in total.
- Drag photos into the viewing order, or select a photo and use the earlier/later arrow buttons. Check that the bedroom and bathroom labels still match after reordering.
- Choose automatic timing for an initial tour, then adjust Duration on a floor plan or photo that needs more reading time. Twelve photos at four seconds each use 48 seconds; two three-second cards bring the tour to 54 seconds. Remove a duplicate room view before rushing all the photographs.
This is a sequence made from your supplied images. The editor scales and crops photos and can add transitions or gentle movement; it does not generate missing rooms, change the furnishings or create a new camera view inside the property.
Add accurate listing details
Work from the current listing information approved by the responsible agent or broker. Keep that information beside the editor while checking captions; an old flyer or a previous export is not a good source for a price that has changed.
- Address: check the street, unit number and location, and whether this version should show the full address.
- Price and status: confirm the currency, current asking price and approved wording for the listing’s status. Remove a dated open-house invitation once that event has passed.
- Area and room counts: verify the number and unit, such as square feet or square metres, and distinguish interior area from lot size. Resolve conflicting figures before including them.
- Room labels and features: match each label to the photographed space. Have the agent confirm uncertain descriptions instead of inferring them from appearance.
Select a photo and enter its Caption. A short label such as “Kitchen · access to patio” is easier to read than a paragraph of sales copy. Each photo has one caption field, limited to 120 characters, displayed in a fixed bar near the bottom. The bar cannot be dragged away from a countertop, doorway or other important detail.
Play the caption over the actual photo. If it covers something the viewer needs to inspect, shorten it, leave that photo uncaptioned or choose another view. Use Whole photo under Photo fit when the room’s full edges matter; Fill frame can crop them. Duration can be set from 1 to 15 seconds in half-second steps, but extra time will not make a crowded caption clearer. Check the text again after changing Video format.
Prepare branded and unbranded versions
Decide where each file will go before adding contact details. For your own website or social channel, use the identity and disclosure wording approved by your brokerage. For a listing service’s unbranded tour field, check its current rules for captions, signs, logos, contact information and the page hosting the video.
Removing a logo may not be enough. For example, Stellar MLS Article 04.05 restricts branding and text in its photo and virtual-tour sections and specifies conditions for tour URLs. That is a rule for Stellar’s relevant fields, not a universal specification for every MLS. Ask the receiving service which version it accepts before submitting.
- Finish the unbranded edit first. Use unmarked original images and inspect visible signs, photographer marks and captions. Where the destination prohibits text, remove captions too. The editor cannot erase branding already embedded in a photo.
- For an export without the platform watermark, use one project credit for a paid project and choose Export 1080p. Free’s Export free 720p includes a watermark and cannot produce a fully unbranded file. Wait for the download, and save that MP4. Rename the downloaded file on your device so the property and “unbranded” version are clear.
- Prepare the branded copy. Add an approved brokerage or contact line to the closing text card. Use the opening card for a checked property address if the destination permits it. Export and download, then name that file separately. For a destination that prohibits branding or text, remove those cards and any captions before exporting its version.
Opening and closing cards accept text. There is no brand manager or separate logo layer; use an editor with the required layout if you need a designed logo or lengthy disclosure card. The local draft follows your latest edit. A paid project allows up to three successful versions in seven days from the first successful export; repeat downloads use no extra credit. See pricing and project limits. Paid checkout is not open yet. Keep the original photos, approved text and both finished files.
Sign in and explicitly choose Save project to upload a private project. Manage it in My projects; each unused credit provides one unexported draft slot, and server files expire 30 days from the first cloud save. A private project is not a public listing-tour URL.
Check whether the destination accepts an MP4 upload or requires a video URL from an approved host. This tool downloads a file; it does not host a listing tour or publish to an MLS. Confirm that the chosen output meets the destination’s resolution requirements too: the landscape output is 1280 × 720 on Free or 1920 × 1080 for a paid project. Neither plan outputs 4K.
Check the final listing video
Review the downloaded file, not just the editing preview. Have the responsible agent compare it with the approved listing information and the intended channel before release.
- Watch every room at the selected aspect ratio. Check cropped doorways, missing features and captions covering useful details. Disable Gentle photo movement if a moving image makes those checks difficult.
- Read the address, area units, price, status and contact line from the video. Confirm that the branded and unbranded filenames match what is actually visible.
- Confirm the photographer’s permission covers turning these images into a promotional video and using it on the intended channels. Also confirm the seller’s approval and your brokerage’s release process; possession of the image files is not your permission record.
- Choose one of the three bundled instrumentals or upload a track whose permission covers this property promotion and distribution. Paying for a project does not include a commercial stock-music library or license a third-party song. You can export silently while permission is unresolved; the music setup guide covers choosing and checking a soundtrack.
If export is unavailable, keep the photos and source files and try an up-to-date desktop Chrome browser. If the exporter fails to load, check the connection and retry; reload only after the draft is saved. A Draft not saved message means you should keep the tab open and download a finished copy before leaving. A local draft is not a backup of a live listing.
When the price, availability or contact details change, edit the affected captions and export fresh files. Replace the old videos on each channel yourself: changes in the workbench do not update an MP4 that has already been downloaded or published.
